HOW DO I FIND MY EMAIL CONFIRMATION?

If you have Made a purchase and yo don't see an email confirmation, check your spam folder. Some domains like Gmail and yahoo have tightened their security protocalls and send unrecognized emails to the spam folder. Alternatively, the email address on file might be spelled incorrectly.

 

HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER?

We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible! While we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed, you are welcome to return your items once your order has been delivered to you.

Note: Refunds can take up to 2-5 business days to clear and 7-10 business days for the amount to post to your account, depending on your financial institution.

 

HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

In your Shipping Confirmation email, you'll receive your tracking information. From there, you can monitor the shipment’s progress until the package is delivered to your door.

 

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELED?

We may have been unable to verify your billing information and/or your billing address does not match the credit card on file for the order.

 

I PLACED AN ORDER BUT I HAVEN'T SEEN ANY PROGRESS FROM OD HUSTLE, WHAT HAPPENED?

Due to Covid, Our shipping times might be longer than usual until things get back to normal. Usually not longer than 12 days. The entire industry is grappling with challenges and we're seeing some delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers.
